3 CreditsOverview of the engineering profession including career development, sustainability, health and safety, ethics, equity, and the relationship between engineering and society.
Differential Calculus
3 CreditsCovers trigonometric functions, limits and continuity, derivatives and their applications, the Mean Value Theorem, indeterminate forms, antiderivatives, and introduction to definite integrals.
Linear Algebra for Engineering
3 CreditsStudy of linear systems, matrix algebra, determinants, vectors, dot product, orthogonalization, diagonalization, and eigenvalues with engineering applications.
Engineering and Design
3 CreditsCovers the engineering design process including problem formulation, functional requirements, conceptual design through ideation sketches, prototype construction, testing, iteration, and group-based project work.
Introductory Electrical and Computer Engineering
3 CreditsIntroduces fundamentals of electrical and computer engineering including circuit elements and analysis, semiconductor devices, optical devices, sensors, electric motors, operational amplifiers, and logic gates.
Topics in General Chemistry
