International Corporate Finance

Focuses on fundamental corporate finance concepts and how they relate to international corporate finance issues. Students develop a deeper understanding of applied financial concepts as they examine the extension of theory into the real world of international management.

Ethics, Law and Corporate Social Responsibility

3 Credits

Examines theories, models, and practices associated with ethical business practices in an international and intercultural context. Issues involving conducting business across different legal contexts and corporate governance systems are explored.

Global Operations and Supply Chain Management

Examines the methods and theories related to production of an organization's goods and services. Topics include process layouts, quality, supply-chain management, and inventory control, all considered from an international perspective.

Leading Your Workforce in a Global Context

Explores theories, models, and practices associated with leadership and the application of learning to the complexities, challenges, and opportunities of managing human resources in a global context, including workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.

Change Management in a Global Context

Discusses the overarching importance of change, the realities of making and implementing change decisions, and the potential consequences on organizations, staff, and stakeholders. Learners examine various approaches to change management and appreciate the complexities of managing change globally.
